Hannah made planning and organizing my wedding such an easy process! She was there every step of the way to make sure that I got what I wanted, the way I wanted it. My experience with Twenty Thirty Affairs was wonderful. I hired Hannah as a month-of coordinator for my wedding. We had chatted before signing contracts about design as well, but in my case a lot of the vendors and decor had already been chosen. For inspiration, Hannah set up a Pinterest board with great ideas for my special day! And she was so available when I had questions. I was able to text, email, or call long after business hours. Every bride needs someone to ask all her crazy questions! Hannah also was able to refer me to a calligrapher who did the lettering on our table seating chart.
Not only did she do an incredible job preparing for the day, but my actual wedding day went so smooth. With Hannah as my coordinator, I was able to sit down and enjoy my actual wedding with my husband, and not get pulled every which-a-way to frantically solve crises (Instead, that was Hannah’s job!). She took care of all the details, even so far as helping me change for our grand exit!

During our courtship, we talked about how great it would be to have our wedding on New Year’s Eve so that we will always remember the date and it gave us another way to celebrate each new year. I had no idea my dream was about to happen.

I was engaged on October of 2014. My thought was “there was no way my dream wedding on New Year’s Eve was going to happen within 2 months.” I was disappointed but was surprised when my fiancee secured the venue for New Year’s Eve prior to proposing. With the venue secured, I was overwhelmed with the idea of putting together a wedding in such a short amount of time and during the busiest time of the year.

Twenty Thirty Affairs came to my rescue! Our first meeting consists of us discussing our vision for our wedding. Creating an environment of a celebration because it was new year’s eve. Hannah listened to everything we shared and took every detail to heart. We felt we were the only couple Hannah was helping but that wasn’t true because Hannah was extremely busy with other weddings and the holidays. There wasn’t a time when we weren’t in constant communication and Hannah was readily available.

We decided on a black and gold color theme for the evening wedding. Hannah suggested party hats and horns and we agreed. We went downtown to purchase items that eventually became the centerpieces and party favors. Hannah located a place that provided a fountain drink dispenser, she partnered with Stonefire Grill for catering and the rental place for tables and chairs (include napkins & place settings). She placed all the calls to insure we received the best cost and best service. Hannah met us at the venue to walk and talk through placement of the tables and chairs along with placement of gifts, photos, registration, photo booth and procession. She stayed connected with the venue coordinator on what we can and can’t do at the location. Every preparation and phone calls were all handled by Twenty Thirty Affairs, leaving us to focus on what was important to us and that was invitations, choosing a wedding dress, wedding cake,...all the fun stuff and not worry about the other details because they handled all of that. Worry free and fun!

Fortunately, we had the venue for the whole day. On the day of the wedding, the Twenty Thirty Affairs team were with us every moment and taking care of every guest. They executed our dream wedding from the decorations, lighting, timing of the procession to the very end of the evening with sparklers for our guests to create a walk way for us when we walked out. The best New Year’s Eve celebration EVER!!!

My dream wedding came true because Twenty Thirty Affairs cared and loved on us throughout the whole entire process from beginning to end and even followed up with us after our honeymoon. A magical and unforgettable day we will never forget!
